Apparently I made the Top 50 Featured Content of the day or something like that with this post. Cool
. How does one get selected? Is one person in charge of all of it? That's a little unfair me thinks. Anyway I checked my number of readers yesterday and it tripled from what the usual was like...Normally this happens when ParryShen drops me a bone...
. So I go on his site but there were no instructions for his readers to read some of my stuff. Hmmm...DOES THAT MEAN I DID THIS ALL BY MYSELF? Holy Cow....

Yeah, I don't know how it happens either. I got on it a lot during the first few months, but none lately. I think it is based on number of visits of during a period of time and then randomly selected or something. Regardless lot of new peeps will find way to your site -congrats, you did it all by your lonesome! You're all growd's up cuz you're all growd's up!

Man, I can be a popularity hog, but you need Premium to be featured.
first off-- it's only those who have "premium xanga" who gets on that Featured page-- secondly, your post is eligible for within the 24 hours after you first post it (sometimes whoever's monitoring doesn't update though-- so it's longer than 24 hours). It's based on whatever's site is getting the MOST props at any given time (not comments! unless it's a tie for props then whichever one has more comments than the other with the same number of props is up higher on the list).
I'm happy that you're happy you got on Featured Page!
(ps. I do not have premium... therefore, I am sooo never gonna get on featured page... boo hiss ::cries:: )
